Secor home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Secor fell by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,250 - a 39.4% decrease over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Secor in the first half of 2017.
