Marquette Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Marquette Heights rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $83,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Marquette Heights in the first half of 2017.
