Princeville home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Princeville fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,500 - a 4.9% decrease over the $102,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Princeville in 2016.
