Secor home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Secor fell by $8,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 16.7% decrease over the $48,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Secor in 2016, as well.
