Farmington home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Farmington fell by $14,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,000 - a 22.1% decrease over the $66,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Farmington in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,904, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
