Farmington home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Farmington rose by $700 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,700 - a 0.8% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Farmington in October 2016.
