Roanoke home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Roanoke fell by $23,100 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,900 - a 26.3% decrease over the $88,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Roanoke in February 2016.
