Germantown Hills home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Germantown Hills rose by $64,250 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,750 - a 32.4% increase over the $198,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Germantown Hills in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Germantown Hills for 2017 was $5,207. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,313. This marks an decrease of 2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
