Washburn home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Washburn rose by $61,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 195.2% increase over the $31,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Washburn in September 2016.
