Princeville home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Princeville fell by $5,270 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 4.2% decrease over the $124,270 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Princeville in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Princeville for 2017 was $2,998. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,011. This marks an decrease of 0.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.5%.
