Chillicothe home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Chillicothe fell by $56,250 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 34% decrease over the $165,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Chillicothe in October 2016.
