Peoria Heights (Peoria County) home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Peoria Heights in Peoria County rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Peoria Heights in November 2016.
