Roanoke home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Roanoke rose by $70,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 116.7% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Roanoke in April 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Roanoke for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,531, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
