Eureka home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Eureka fell by $20,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 14% decrease over the $147,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Eureka in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Eureka for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,234, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
