El Paso home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in El Paso fell by $43,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,500 - a 33.7% decrease over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in El Paso in May 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in El Paso for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,568, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
