Princeville home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Princeville rose by $58,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 55.7% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Princeville in March 2017.
