El Paso home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in El Paso fell by $10,450 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $96,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in El Paso in September 2017.

The median sales tax in El Paso for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,568, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
