Washburn home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Washburn rose by $42,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,000 - a 53.5% increase over the $79,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Washburn in October 2017.
