Roanoke home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Roanoke fell by $12,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,750 - a 12.9% decrease over the $98,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Roanoke in October 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Roanoke for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,531, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
