Havana home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Havana rose by $23,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,250 - a 63.3% increase over the $37,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Havana in January 2016, as well.
