Havana home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Havana fell by $60,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,250 - a 63.1% decrease over the $95,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Havana in April 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Havana for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,617, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
