Rome home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Rome rose by $22,650 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 21.1% increase over the $107,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Rome in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Rome for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,192, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
