Rome home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Rome fell by $65,625 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,875 - a 53.6% decrease over the $122,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Rome in August 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Rome for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,192, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
