Washington home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Washington rose by $17,230 while total sales increased by 173.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,230 - a 10% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Washington in April 2017.
