Peoria home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Peoria fell by $6,750 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 177 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,250 - a 5.6% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 149 homes sold in Peoria in September 2017.
