Rome home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Rome fell by $38,960 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,540 - a 60.4% decrease over the $64,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Rome in September 2017.
