Morton home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Morton rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $166,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Morton in August 2017.
