Deer Creek home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Deer Creek fell by $58,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,000 - a 45.7% decrease over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Deer Creek in August 2017, as well.
