El Paso home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in El Paso rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,500 - a 5.9% increase over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in El Paso in November 2017.
