South Pekin home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in South Pekin fell by $40,150 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $34,750 - a 53.6% decrease over the $74,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in South Pekin in 2017.
