City of Chillicothe Plan Commission met May 7.
Here is the agenda provided by the commission:
1. Call to order by Chairman Parkins at 7:00 pm
2. Members:

3. Approval of April 2, 2019 minutes: Motion to approve, Shaun Grant Second: Maria Geiger Motion passed
4. Sign Ordinance update: Chairman Parkins stated that he will have to follow up with the City.
5. New Business: Dennis provided the preliminary Flood Plane Ordinance and asked those in attendance to read the ordinance before the next meeting/ hearing on June 4, 2019. He would like any questions about the ordinance to be brought up at that time.
6. Next meeting will be the Plan Commission organization meeting. Election of Chairman and Secretary.
7. Dennis emphasized that we do need a quorum at the next meeting/hearing.
8. Next meeting will be Hearing on the Flood Plane Ordinance with regular meeting held immediately following the hearing. The Hearing will begin at 7:00 pm at Chillicothe City Hall.
