Village of San Jose Village Board met June 8.

Special Board Meeting called to order by President Worlow at 9:00am. Meeting was held at Village Hall, 309 S 2nd Street San Jose, Illinois. Roll call taken: Members present: Allen, Blackstock, McCormick, Nolan, Skelton, Tillquist. Also, in attendance: President Worlow, Clerk Custodio, Treasurer Shelley. Meeting agenda was posted more than forty-eight in advance on the village website, outside and inside bulletin boards at Village Hall and is attached to and made part of the minutes.
Water Main Project Financing:
Trustee Skelton made motion giving Mayor Worlow authority to sign the note with Havana National Bank and giving Treasurer Shelley authority to make withdraws in order to pay invoices throughout the project, with Trustee Allen as backup for Treasurer; 2 nd Trustee Tillquist, roll call vote: Allen yea; Blackstock yea; McCormick yea; Nolan yea; Skelton yea; Tillquist yea; motion carried 6 yea, 0 nay.
Audit Update: Audit isn’t finalized yet.
Wage and Salary Plan: employee has to be paid for hours worked during the pay period the time was worked.
Trustee Skelton made motion to adjourn at 9:07am, 2nd Trustee Tillquist.
