Peoria home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Peoria fell by $9,950 while total sales increased by 6.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 189 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,500 - a 8.6% decrease over the $115,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 178 homes sold in Peoria in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Peoria for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,237, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
