Hanna City home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Hanna City rose by $55,450 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,900 - a 75.5% increase over the $73,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Hanna City in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Hanna City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,314, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
