Illinois State House District 87 issued the following announcement on July 10
State Representative Tim Butler (R-Springfield) and State Senator Bill Brady (R-Bloomington) hosted their annual health fair for local seniors on July 9. The free event took place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Oasis Senior Center in Lincoln.
The fair featured free health screenings and testing, a variety of vendors were on hand to discuss programs that benefit seniors and legislative brochures were available. The Lincoln Police Department was also on hand to collect unused or expired prescriptions.
