Mayor Mark Eckert called this meeting to order.
Mayor Eckert explained the disaster procedures. Mayor Eckert reminded anyone speaking this evening to step up to a microphone because the meetings are being taped and posted the next day on the website.
Mayor Eckert requested City Clerk Meyer to call roll. Alderwoman Schaefer made a motion seconded by Alderwoman Pusa to approve the appointment of Gregory Turner to serve a 3- year term on the Library Board; a vacancy left by Victoria Weygandt.

Discussion.
Alderman Randle stated he is looking for clarification if the applicant is purchasing the business and/ or property and the status of the metal storage units.
Alderman Ovian stated it was agreed the outdoor music would stop at 10:00 p.m.
Mr. Corf advised he is in the process of purchasing the property and he understands no outdoor music after 10:00 p.m. and the storage trailers will be removed within 30 days after he takes
possession.
Interim Director of Residential and Commercial Development Services and Economic Development, Annissa McCaskill advised regarding the outdoor music it was specifically stated in the recommendation of the Zoning Board to include in the ordinance. Mayor Eckert advised this would be addressed in the liquor license as is normal process.
Alderman Wigginton thanked them for staying and asked they be cognizant of their neighbors.
