Washington home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Washington fell by $59,550 while total sales decreased by 42.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,450 - a 31.3% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Washington in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Washington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,527, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
