Farmington home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Farmington fell by $42,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,000 - a 60.4% decrease over the $70,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Farmington in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Farmington for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,904, approximately 6.8% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
