Peoria home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Peoria fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 145 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 3.9% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 174 homes sold in Peoria in March 2018.
