Chillicothe home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Chillicothe rose by $7,400 while total sales decreased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,900 - a 9% increase over the $82,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Chillicothe in the first quarter of 2018.
