Minier home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Minier rose by $69,100 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 115.4% increase over the $59,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Minier in the first quarter of 2018.
