Creve Coeur home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Creve Coeur rose by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,000 - a 72.2% increase over the $39,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Creve Coeur in the first quarter of 2018.
