Morton home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Morton fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 2.7% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Morton in the second quarter of 2018.
