Green Valley home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Green Valley rose by $23,100 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 30% increase over the $76,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Green Valley in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Green Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,402, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
