Green Valley home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Green Valley rose by $57,100 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,000 - a 85.4% increase over the $66,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Green Valley in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Green Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,402, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
