Marquette Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Marquette Heights rose by $4,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 30 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 4.5% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Marquette Heights in the first half of 2018, as well.
