Manito home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Manito fell by $14,700 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,000 - a 16.6% decrease over the $88,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Manito in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Manito for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,114, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
