City of Canton Board of Fire and Police Commissioners met June 11.

A regular meeting of the Canton Fire and Police Commission was held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. The meeting was called to order at 1:15 p.m. by Commissioner Mayall.
Present:
Commissioner Greg Gossett
Commissioner Chad Mayall
Absent: Commissioner Samantha Norton
Public Safety Director Dick Fairburn
Public Participation- none
Motions were made by Commissioner Gossett seconded by Commissioner Mayall to accept the Minutes of the May 14, 2019 regular meeting. All Ayes, motions carried.
Motions were made by Commissioner Gossett seconded by Commissioner Mayall to accept the May budget. All Ayes, motions carried.

Bills: None
Testing Cycles: The PD Lieutenant testing was held on Saturday, and Carol provided the hire and time in rank dates. The Commission is waiting on merit points from PS Director Fairburn so an initial list can be calculated and posted.

Having no other business, a Motion was made by Commissioner Mayall seconded by
Commissioner Gossett to adjourn the meeting. All Ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 1:17 p.m
