The Liquor Control Commission of the City of Canton hereby gives notice of a hearing to be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Director’s Room of City Hall, 2 N. Main Street, Canton, Illinois. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss, consider and vote whether to assess fines and/or revocation or suspension of liquor licenses, pursuant to Section 3-8-20 of the City Code, for Casey’s Retail Company, d/b/a Casey’s General Store #2076 and also C&L Tap Inc., d/b/a Jack’s.
