City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Dec. 22.
Here's your chance to see the floats and displays up close, because you can run, walk or ride the lighted Trolley through Folepi's Winter Wonderland at the Get Lit New Year's Eve Celebration, with an earlier start time and new activities.
